Sistem manajemen air merupakan bagian penting dari kota. Pengelolaan melibatkan penyediaan sesuai dengan kebutuhan nyata dan tanpa membuang-buang air. Oleh karena itu, sangat untuk mengukur laju volume aliran monitoring distribusi (flow sensor) konvensional menuju ke pelanggan mencatat penggunaan melalui metering yang ada di sisi secara manual. pengukuran debet (metering) perlu menyediakan tenaga pencatat meter tiap pelanggan. Pencatatan manual ini sering dikeluhkan akurasi akibat kehadiran petugas tidak konsisten. Penelitian mengusulkan sistem berbasis web alat Internet of Things (IoT). Alat menggunakan modul ESP8266 akan otomatis diperlukan meter. Selanjutnya mengirimkan sinyal hasil pencatatan transmisi data cloud server (Blynk IoT). Metode diharapkan menciptakan layanan lebih baik Hasil uji menunjukkan memiliki sedikit perbedaan error 5% pada satuan mL, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa mampu memberikan alternatif tepat.
